We had an amazing stay at Pretty Cottage In Central! The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. The property itself was beautifully decorated, cozy, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Joanne, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay special, providing welcome packs and excellent communication. We enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions and trying out the local eateries. This will definitely be our go-to place when visiting East Sussex. Couldn't recommend more!

Had the best stay at this gorgeous cottage in East Sussex! the location was perfect, just a quick walk to the train station and a few steps away from a bus stop. the cottage was beautifully decorated with a vibrant and cosy feel. the hosts were super helpful and on hand for any questions. the little touches like a bottle of wine, a doggy welcome pack, and condiments made our stay extra special. the cottage was spotlessly clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We loved having our morning coffee in the conservatory/dining room. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in East Sussex!

The bathroom with a bidet was a game-changer! It made me feel like royalty, and I indulged in its luxury every chance I got. As someone who appreciates the little things, this feature definitely won me over.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the color scheme in the bedroom. But hey, different strokes for different folks, right?

Whenever I visit Lewes, I always choose the same welcoming place. They once helped me find a currency exchange. Pretty Cottage has all I need: free Wi-Fi, car park, dryer, kettle, cookware. I'm excited to return this Easter!

The location was perfect, with a bus stop to Brighton just opposite. The staff, especially our host Joanne, were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

We recently stayed at this gorgeous cottage in Lewes and it was perfect for our family visit to Glyndebourne Opera House and the AMEX Stadium. The cottage was stylish and well-equipped with everything we needed, and the welcome touches made us feel right at home. The cleanliness was exceptional and the host's communication was excellent. The location, just off the High St, was ideal with historical attractions and shops nearby. We can't praise this place enough!

For dads, it would be great if there was a small play area for the children.

The cottage had a cute little patio and free WiFi, perfect for sharing Instagram-worthy moments. The terrace was a nice spot to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The towels were a welcome touch, because who wants to bring their own?

We also loved the location, with cafes, pubs, and shops all within easy walking distance. It was the perfect base for exploring the historical attractions and finding unique Christmas gifts.

The only minor inconvenience was the lack of parking at the property, but the County Hall car park nearby was convenient enough. It would have been ideal to have free parking, especially during the festive season.
